Hitachi Touro Mobile 30 Driver Download

So after upgrading my Toshiba laptop from Windows 7 to 10 recently, I was impressed by how smoothly it was all going until I plugged in my external HDD to have my system not able to recognize any of the files on it. The drive is being recognized as 'Local Disk (G:)' in file explorer however when I try to open it I get the message: 'G:/ is not accessible - The request is not supported'. Disk Management is recognizing and displaying the drive but is showing it as file system RAW The problem doesn't seem to be with the hard drive itself as it opens on my PC with no issues which is also running Windows 10. When I plug in my other external drive, a WD Elements USB 2.0, there is no problem accessing it. Looking into it, this seems like a fairly common problem across the last few Windows OS's, but after spending a couple of nights troubleshooting the problem, I'm unable to find a fix (possibly) other than reformatting the drive which I'm leaving to a last resort.

Hitachi Touro Desk Pro (3TB) Unrecognized in Windows 10 Bob.May 2017-04-30 01:32:14 UTC #2 I have a similar problem with my HGST Touro Desk Pro 4TB. Alphacam 2012 free download.

Action I've taken so far: • Tried using all available USB ports 3.0 & 2.0 • Confirmed HDD is not faulty with S.M.A.R.T scan and able to open it on PC • Updated drivers of USB Host controllers and USB 3.0 Root Hub • Changed name of drive • Uninstalled Toshiba disc creator and Recovery disc creator Any advice on a possible solution would be appreciated. Hi, I realize that you are unable to access the external HDD on your PC.

I will try to help you with this issue. I would like to let you know that 'RAW' means the drive is not formatted. The partition has no file system and, as a result it is unreadable. If you have data on this drive then plug this drive into another PC and backup the data. Once this is done format the drive using NTFS.

Once this is done plug in that drive into this PC to check if that helps. Keep us informed to help you further. Hi thanks for the reply, I actually have no problem accessing the external drive on my PC. Yes I understand the laptop is telling me the drive is not formatted but when I plug the same drive into my PC it clearly is formatted and I'm able to access all the data on it. I have been able to access the same external HDD on my laptop with no problems while it was running windows 7, the problem only started after I installed Windows 10 making me believe it may be a compatibility issue between my laptop and Windows 10.
