Said I just took the Legal Module of the CBO. It think it's much better to take the exam in your own space rather than going to a testing center. I started clicking and got a message from the proctor saying 'not yet'.

Apparently they changed my proctor half way through the exam and they took away the exam window while they changed. The new proctor made be go through the whole security process again. This was very troubling. I didn't know if I lost what I had completed. The change over only took about 1 minute. I'm not sure I lost any time because I was not looking at the clock when it happened. Anyway, it was generally a good experience and I will take other ICC exams though Pronto, but they really need to keep one proctor through the whole exam. David, thanks for providing input to us on your experience - I can certainly look into why the exam window disappears when changing proctors, as I can understand why this might be distracting. I like that there is little to no wait and that it is on your own time table. Everyone of the online proctors I have encountered (didn't say I only took each test once) has been extremely efficient, courteous, and professional.

The only negative comment I have, is about the plan reading sections. The plans are extremely small and hard to see, and when you scroll over with your cursor, it enlarges the image way too much so that it is hard to read in the complete opposite way, which can cause extreme frustration on a timed test. It may be my computer settings, I'm not positive, but if this were fixed, I would give PRONTO a solid 10 out of 10, as it stands, I give PRONTO 9 out of 10. Just a little constructive criticism that I hope will be heard as I plan to continue to use this for computer based testing.
