I'm having the same problem with my Cowon D2. I just upgraded to 3.0.6.1190 Gold and the Synchronize menu only recognizes Removable Drive(G: ) -- which would be the SD card if one was present.
It should come up as D2(E: ). I think part of the problem could be that my D2 is feeding XP the information that there could be a removable drive for G:, but Windows is recognizes that the slot is empty. Worse, my Windows Device Manager sees the D2 as two drives, both named COWON D2 USB Device. I know Cowon probably needs to correct their firmware to eliminate the duplicate drive names, but, in the meantime, is there a way to configure which drive letter MM defaults to for my device? Love the new version, BTW.
